The Queen's Greens Garden is among the demonstration rain gardens at the Wastewater Treatment plant. This garden is a bit of a challenge. It is situated behind our main administration building to the east. It gets full sun in the morning, but by mid-day it is shadowed completely by the building. Due to this, it is full of shade-loving plants, many of them native to the forest floor. It has proven a challenge to keep the horsetail at bay and to get the garden to fill in. This garden was planted in 2004 and is 1088 square feet.
