All talks will be live-streamed on YouTube. Salt Awareness Week Schedule: Monday, Jan. 11th - Salty Streams and Formerly Freshwater Lakes: An Ecosystem Perspective. Speakers: Hilary Dugan and Bill Hintz. Tuesday, Jan. 12th - Be Salt Wise and Pet Smart (Speaker: Brian Ray). Wednesday, Jan. 13th - Salt your Dinner, not our Drinking Water. Speakers: Amy Barrilleaux and Kevin Masarik. Thursday, Jan. 14th - Put your House/Business on a Low-Salt Diet. Speakers: Juan Lopez and Matthew Maier. Friday, Jan. 15th - Salt Reduction Champions. Friday will be a video montage of success stories from across the state.
