Culture, Events, and Public Art Commission

The Culture, Events, and Public Arts Commission is an appointed group of volunteer residents and representatives from various organizations and City departments. It was started as the Mayor's Festival Committee in 2017. At that time the commission's focus was to help offset city fees as a way to promote events and remove barriers to events taking place in our community. As of 2022, the Commission has taken over the distribution of public arts funds in the community and has refocused their mission and vision.
