Construction has started on North 21st Street between Catlin Avenue and Hill Avenue. Work will consist of replacing lead water service lines, repairing a railroad crossing, as well as repairing the surface of the road.
Starting Monday, August 28, 2023, the intersection of North 21st Street and Catlin Avenue will be closed for about a week when crews will be replacing the entire concrete intersection. Please be mindful of detour signs during this time. The entire project is expected to be complete around mid to late September.
